Our cleaners work with a standard checklist already, however, we are happy to cater our service to the specific areas that you require. You do not have to be home, as long as you give the cleaners access to your home and make it clear how they can get in safely. Most people prefer to be home when cleaners come, however, if you feel comfortable with a certain cleaner at your home when you are not there, you are welcome to arrange that.

Usually between 1-2 cleaners. It depends on the size of your home, type of cleaning the schedule of our cleaners. Generally with bigger homes (3+ bedrooms) and deep cleanings, there will be 2-3 cleaners so that they can finish in an appropriate time (less than 4 hours). We do not want any cleanings to take more than 4 hours, so we will send more than 1 cleaner if we expect the time to take longer than 4 hours.
